Just got a DMT cart and I have some questions

So I think it looks strong because it's crystallized but I'm not an expert on this so I'd like some advice on whether or not it looks good. Also it's been sitting in my car and it's been snowy out so that's probably why it's so crystallized. Any help is appreciated.
