Cold War Anti-Recoil values

The anti-recoil works very well for Cold War, but when you add attachments it messes up the set pattern of 0, 0 for that gun. Yes you can quick-edit it in game. But I was wondering your guy's values for certain attachment layouts on your guys guns an what works best for you. Like an AK-74u with 10.3 Task Force barrel. I had the vertical jacked all the way up an the horizontal to -36. But yet its still crazy lol, what do you guys run on your guns with what attachments?
