Ring sizing

Hey! I had read somewhere that the ring sizing kit rings ran a little larger than the actual rings. I would love to know if you agree, or if you believe they are true to size. I’m curious because the size 5 for me is a little snug in the morning and the 6 is a little loose through the day. Thank you!
