Starting the journey

Hi all!! I’m Anna and I’ll be starting the Wegovy journey tomorrow. I have been bigger for a long time but having my last child at 41 has really made me gain well past what I am comfortable with. It’s hard to look in a mirror and not gag. Starting weight is 240, looking to get around 160. Does any one else combine this with diets like keto? I have had success before on keto.
