June 3. On this date in 1979, the UHJ wrote "Shoghi Effendi has pointed out the National Assemblies must assume such a role as to influence the believers ... to respect and unhesitatingly obey its wishes and decrees" and "that most of the sins of the believers are the sins of immaturity."
